Job description

The hiring is for the position of Business Development Manager Cum Admin, The role involves complete life cycle management of a client right from inception. They will be the face of the company that would represent the company on various occasions. They will be working with small to medium-size businesses in the U.S and India. Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and annual target product-wise, in term of weight and revenue. Cross-selling and Upselling of company product within existing and new clients to increase revenue base. Establishing & maintaining an efficient relationships with new and existing client. Creating proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes. Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market/ clients. Build Trust Based Value Add connect and support with clients to increase retention rate and build long term healthy Business relationship. Monitoring and ensuring End-To-End Sales and Delivery support for named account supervising and ensuring timely completion of all operations, billing activities and receivable as per the TC. Undertake the task of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence to emails.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ability to engage and build long term relationship with prospects Clear and concise verbal communication skills appropriate to the U.S and Indian prospects Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and MS Office would be an added advantage -Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities. -Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods; should be able to discover prospects pain points by using probing techniques and effectively address each one of them. -Ability to quickly research a prospect company and tailor your presentation to their specific needs and close the sale. -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas -A disciplined approach to managing your territories and your sales efforts on a daily basis -Passion for Inside sales; successful candidates are self-driven, energetic, confident and motivated with the ability to think on your feet -Strong judgment and decision-making skills. -Proven track record in acquiring new clients -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects -Self-starter, team player that is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activates
