Cloud Transformation/ Migration - Senior Architect Job in Mindtree

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Cloud Services team to deliver Cloud Transformations/ Migrations for end customers.
• Manage the Transformation/ Migration factory providing the services to multiple customers.
• Manage technical teams and matrix project organization for delivering the transformation/ migration services.
• Setup, create and manage the factory process, methodology, tools to run the projects efficiently.
• Work with Solutions and PMO team to understand the requirements, SOW, and resource planning.

Required Technical Skills and Experience

• Must have experience in managing large Transformation/ Migration Factory and leading technical team.
• Must possess technical understanding of Data Center & Cloud Migrations.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholder management.
• Experience in running large factory-based operations.
• Should have very good understanding of Cloud assessment, design, build and migrations.
• Experience in creating runbooks, process manuals & technical guides.
• Experience in large migrations, reporting & dashboards.
• Should understand costing of different cloud services.
• Should have good understanding of Azure/ AWS cloud solutions.
• Should have good understanding of Cloud Migration tools both native (Azure Migrate, Cloud Endure) and third party.
• Experience in Database, VMware, Network and Storage technologies.
