Pes- Module Lead Job in Mindtree

Total 5+ yrs experience and 3+ years experience in Telecom Charging mainly OCS who is responsible for assisting customers by troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions for reported incidents. It combines post go-live customer support and/or system administration.
Should have worked in 24X7 support model.
Experience in at least three of the following domains Surepay/Smart Plan Suite (OCS/IN), SS7, Sigtran, INAP, CAMEL, TCAP, Diameter.
Preferred to have SOAP, CORBA, XML, SOAP, Linux, Oracle, Aerospike , PSQL , Shell scripting experience.
Experience in online charging concepts of online/offline rating, charging , discounts , tariffs ,promotions, bundles and buckets.
Relevant work experience in Enterprise Systems administration (UNIX/Linux).
Experience in Cloud environment would have added advantage.
Knowledge of Middlewares like MAS, MCAS, eSM, CSF would have added advantage.

Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze technical problems around product installation/configuration/integration/test.
Hands-on system troubleshooting skills.
