Pes-hardware Engineer Job in Mindtree

• 2+ years using and writing SQL required with ability to manipulate data rapidly and use complex joins.
• Experience with a combination of the following MSFT technologies preferred
  • SQL Server, Windows Server, Failover Clustering, Hyper-V, T-SQL
• Experience with data warehousing design and process concepts preferred
• Experience in database optimization and performance tuning preferred
• Experience with SQL Azure or Windows Azure preferred
• Strong documentation skills to be utilized for case management, knowledge capture, bug engagement and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Initial troubleshooting and service request lifecycle management for all cases and customer engagements related to SQL Server Analytics Platform System edition
• Performing root cause analysis of customer reported issues
• Work to build and enhance the APS knowledge base and customer facing workshop materials
• Contribute and create future supportability features and tools
• Work with leadership team to identify trends in incoming cases and proactive engagements
• Collaborate with support teams in troubleshooting issues related to included products (windows, SQL Server, Clustering, etc)
• Hardware troubleshooting and OEM engagements
• Transactional customer engagements
