Job Summary Description :

1. Qualification: Engineering Graduate and PGDMM / MBA (preferably in Supply chain / Procurement)

2. Work Experience: 12-15 years ( in Service Industry ) and continuously 6 years in managerial role and handling Infra & Admin Commodity Sourcing in MNC

3. Geo Experience: Handled India/ US/ UK Sourcing for Captivity requirements

4. Preferred International Experience of any one country other than India (for global view)

5. Clear and understanding of SAP MM User and its reports

6. Code of Conduct - High degree of ethics, discretion, honestly, fairness and sound of business practice

7. Strong understanding of specific commodity, Market bench marking, Spend Analysis and reports, Deep Dive on Data, Eye on Data / attention in detail

8. Demonstrate a strong initiatives, dedication and develop capabilities in adopting, evolving and executing flawlessly

9. Motivated, high-energy, curious self-starter, strong business mind-set, proven change agent with excellent facilitation and problem solving skill, collaborate within team and lead the Procurement Tower independently with lesser daily supervision

10. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with comfort working cross functional to gather information and Presentation to CXOs directly

11. Added Advantage on Six Sigma/ TQM/ISO / etc certification
