Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of deliverables according to the client s requirements.
  • Plan and Execute the Strategies for Clients.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers dedication.

    • Requirements

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Must be Enthusiastic and passionate.
  • Must be good with Analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
