Job Summary
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of deliverables according to the client s requirements. Plan and Execute the Strategies for Clients. Forecast and track key account metrics. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers dedication. Proven account management or other relevant experience. Excellent leadership and management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. Must be Enthusiastic and passionate. Must be good with Analytics and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
