Job Summary
Job Description
Summary - We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The rep will play a role in achieving the customer acquisition and lead conversion through calls, working with channels partners, creating interest and qualifying prospects.
Responsibilities:
- - Day to day calling of leads generated
- - Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls and leads
- - Understand customer needs and requirement
- - Explain KredX's offering and educate invoice discounting concept and benefits
- - Qualify leads and pass to respective locations
- - Target based
Requirements:
- - Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing
- - Must have B2B experience
- - Must have basic knowledge of business banking products
- - Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- - Experience in working with a CRM (Zoho or similar)
- - Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- - Strong listening and presentation skills
- - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- - BA/BS degree or equivalent
- - Prior work experience is Financial organization preferred
Experience: 2-3 years experience
