We are looking for an enthusiastic female Telecaller to contribute in bringing in sales for our company. You will introduce our products and services over the phone and take accountability for closing sales deals.

The objective is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

Contact prospects and existing customers to introduce our products and services

Answer all questions about our products or the company in a clear manner and handle complaints

Ask logical questions to understand the client s requirements

Direct prospects to the field sales team

Walk the extra mile to meet the sales deadlines and enable future sales

Requirements

Great command over English and Tamil

1 - 2 years of proven experience as a telecaller and meeting the sales deadline over the phone

Experience in handling relevant computer programs CRM software, MS Office, Database and Internet and telephone systems

Ability to learn in a challenging environment about the products and services
