Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Leading teams of Housekeeping, Food Production and Service, Security in respective Shifts.
  • Work Allocation, On the Job Training, Supervision and Performance Evaluation of Hotel Operations Team in respective Shifts
  • Shift In charge of Front Office, Kitchen and Restaurant, Utilities and Hotel Rooms
  • Reservation and Room Allocation in Property Management Software (Hotelogix)
  • Interaction with Guests, Booking / Admin Resources of Corporates
  • Shift Wise Billing, Accounting and Cash/ Credit Card Collection via EDC Machine
  • Local Vendor Development and Purchases for Hotel Operations
  • Coordinating Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance with Engineering Vendors
  • Preparation and compilation of periodic report backs Night Audit, Operations and Maintenance Checklists, Comprehensive Daily Operations and Incident Reporting, Attendance of team, Local Purchases, Guest Interaction Reports
  • Key Performance Indicators include: Review Scores (Online and Offline), Hotel Operations Costs (Manpower, Utilities, Consumables etc), Team Management, Adherence to SOP and Report backs to Head Quarters

Education Qualification:-(Mandatory)
Full Time Graduation from Hotel Management Institute (Degree / Diploma Course)

Internships/ Relevant Work Experience:-
In reputed Hotel / Hotel Chain across Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B Production and Service areas

Age:- Less than 30 Years

Skills & Competencies:-
  • Experience in Property Management System (Hotelogix, IDS, WinHMS, Opera, Innkey etc)
  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Production, Service, Utilities)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Well Groomed, Presentable and with Excellent and Effective Communication Skills
