Job Summary

Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches. Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates. Conduct screening interviews over the phone. Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts. Required Skills Manage expectations with the hiring managers. Adept at communicating effectively across all levels. Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently. Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work. Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Requirements Required Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience. Banking and technology recruitment experience preferred. Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network. Fluency in English. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google work space. Requirements : Proficient in electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills; ability to seek new sourcing options proactively and continually and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer Competencies. Results & Service Orientation - Operates with high attention to detail regarding performance goals; works on a continuous basis to meet or exceed client and organizational needs. Accountability - Responds to job-related commitments by meeting deadlines and being reliable; reviews and assumes additional responsibilities. Decision Making - Makes concrete, well-informed, and thought-out decisions that support the overall organization. Be able to make quick, effective decisions, even when data and details are limited. When making unfavourable decisions that might have negative consequences, examines the impacts and potential implications to ensure that decision is valid for the situation. Networking and Relationship Building - Effectively builds constructive, friendly, professional relationships and networks of key contacts with people and colleagues; maintains partnerships that can provide information, assistance, and support. Problem Solving - Responds to issues by offering solutions that fall within the positional responsibilities, involves others as required. Environment : Work remotely, indoor, moderate noise levels, Maintain availability of good computer hardware, software, database, Internet and phone connectivity. Must have: Own laptop and wifi connection at home. Access to database or Job portal to source candidates.
