Project Manager

Experience Level: 2 - 5 years

Location: IT Park, Chandigarh | Salary: Increment on last drawn

Working Days and timings: Mon to Fri (5 days) and 9-10 AM to 6-7 PM (Flexi Work Timings)

Before a project is in

• Help business team with new project estimation
• Help Business team with defining technology
• Coordinate with client in case there needs to be any explanation
• Help business team with preparation of SOW and work flow

Once project is in

• Understand complete requirements and objectives
• Divide project in phases and milestones
• Identify the core skills you need to get the things done.
• Allocate activities & subtasks among chosen roles.
• Coordinate with client
• Update client on daily/weekly updates
• Do your best to deliver quality code and on time delivery
• Coordinate with cross functional teams

• Decision-making skills
• Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
• Coming up with new ideas and technology and making sure the teams works on updated versions and technologies.
