- Candidate must have 2+ years of IT Recruitment experience
- Good exposure and experience in ob portals (Naukri, Indeed) as well as good in social media recruiting
- Ability to build rapport with candidates, understanding their requirements and addressing concerns.
- Scheduling interviews with candidates and coordination.
- Taking telephonic/video interviews of candidates.
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
