Possess strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the development process.

Guidance and Planning:

Guide team members, participate in planning, and develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

Client Interaction:

Showcase effective client-facing skills to understand and meet client requirements.

Software Life-cycle Management:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Core Java, JUnit, Spring Batch, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Delivery Excellence:

Advocate for delivery excellence, minimizing delivery risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Test Driven Development (TDD):

Engage in Test Driven Development (TDD) of banking services, ensuring robust and reliable solutions.

Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in the development process, ensuring seamless integration and testing.

Continuous Development:

Conduct continuous development and/or integration & testing to enhance the software application.

Experience Required :
