• Experience 1 Yrs to 7 Yrs
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and architecting J2EE applications.
• Experience in following agile as well as waterfall methodology.
• Experience in various frameworks including Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Sencha Ext JS, Client interaction.
• Ability to interact with customers, define and manage project scope and schedules.
• Status reporting.
• Scope management.
• Ability to identify and negotiate scope changes and manage CR processes.
• Project management.
• Planning - Project planning and estimation. Work breakdown and task allocation.
• Resource planning.
• Tracking delivery schedules.
• Defining processes and implementation of the same.
