Coordinate effective problem isolation across multiple product teams. Experienced in bug fixing and testing the fixes in various environments and for various releases. Reviews and monitors the problem status data to ensure sufficient back up for the support team. Ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies as required for a successful project delivery. A team member who is passionate about quality and demonstrate creativity and innovation in enhancing the product, with excellent problem solving, debugging, analytical and communication skills.
