Job Summary Job Description: Understand & Convert complex business requirements into programmable workflows & Lead complex automations/tool creation. Review, repair, maintain enterprise tools, lead MIS/Reporting projects with data extraction, recommend analytics & dashboarding solutions requiring technical knowledge in terms of programming, database management & visualization. The BI role requires working on weekly/monthly MIS reporting which requires good knowledge of MS Excel. The role also requires advanced automation skills using VBA macros, Python, Office 365 productivity suite. Apart from automation of operational tasks, projects also include creation of tools requiring knowledge of ActiveX & Form Controls. Good knowledge of graphical charting & dashboarding in Excel is required. Knowledge of databases like SQL is required. Good Tableau skills are required. Role also requires interacting with process SMEs to articulate business requirements and manage tight timelines Should have Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Should have good knowledge of VBA based automations along with Excel Dashboarding. Database knowledge like SQL is mandatory. Required knowledge of Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI. Knowledge of programming like C#, Visual Basic, DOT NET, HTML is a big plus. Should have good communication skills & be able to understand complex project requirements from business teams.
