Job Summary
We are looking for a technical writer who possesses to excel their skills to handle client documentation
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, mostly external customers
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
- Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create video tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and the documentation requirements
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation must
- Excellent written skills in English Must, other languages an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HTML is required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Visio
- Familiarity with software development processes
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to details, in timely manner
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
