Job Summary
  • Years of experience: 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior development/programming experience of at least 3-4 Years is a must.
  • Should come from an engineering background.
  • Experience of working in a startup will be valuable.
  • Should have delivered at least 10+ International projects like US or Europe.
  • Should have experience working directly with the customer CEOs, CXOs and project team.
  • Hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning.
  • Hands-on experience working with Project management tools like Clickup / JIRA/MS Projects etc.
  • Skill to manage each of the team member's work to ensure the elements of the project are integrated into a coherent and clearly communicated strategy and plan.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and an analytical bent of mind.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and best practices.
  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
