Job Summary

Years of experience: 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
Prior development/programming experience of at least 3-4 Years is a must.
Should come from an engineering background.
Experience of working in a startup will be valuable.
Should have delivered at least 10+ International projects like US or Europe.
Should have experience working directly with the customer CEOs, CXOs and project team.
Hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning.
Hands-on experience working with Project management tools like Clickup / JIRA/MS Projects etc.
Skill to manage each of the team member's work to ensure the elements of the project are integrated into a coherent and clearly communicated strategy and plan.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and an analytical bent of mind.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and best practices.
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
