Job Summary 1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat. 2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.3. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.4. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.5. Share feature requests and effective work around with team members.6. Inform customers about new features and functionalities.7. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.8. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.9. Knowledge of Database Management and SRS documentation.
