Lease Reviewers Job in Mobius Knowledge Services

It s imperative you have,

3 - 6 years of lease administration, real estate or related field experience

Bachelor s Degree or any graduate from an accredited college or university in business administration, accounting, computer science or related field

Experience with any lease administration/lease account software

Excellent in communication skills(verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

Your typical week in Mobius would include,

Review lease abstracts extracted by abstraction team for accuracy and quality

Perform 100% QC on the abstracts done by abstractors

Work closely with the Lease Lead and update on abstraction performance and accuracy

Oversee whether the abstraction adheres to the client's standards

Review property and lease data for accuracy as compared to property and lease documents

Review and analyze for any discrepancy between the extracted property & lease data and documents

Perform abstraction and/or first level review meeting with the Quality team

Understand the scope of the project

Support and motivate the team in providing quality data
