Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with app developers to deliver with quick time to market and optimal resources.
  • Coordinating effective communication with all customers throughout.
  • Assembling project plans , giving teamwork assignments , identifying resource needs and escalating any issues appropriately.
  • Preparing the business case and showing the impact of a project in terms of cost , savings , revenues and benefits.
  • Should mitigate technical risks.
  • Respond to tender documents , proposals , reports and supporting literature.
  • Speak to customers , either face to face or over the phone.
  • Gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of customers system and processes , and then documenting them.
  • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
  • Should be able to deliver presentations and demonstrations of websites to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BachelorsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • 4-5+years experienceas an IT professional.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience in an IT Department.
  • In-depth knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft Windows, Google Apps administration, network administration and service desk administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Salary : 2.5-3.6 lakhs per annum
