Job Summary Direct and co-ordinate financial-secretarial activities of the establishment in order to adhere to financial statuettes with the specifications of ROC and the operational guidelines of other governing bodies as per the trade of the organisation. To co-ordinate the legal and quasi-legal representation by the company in various courts in order to ensure compliance of the law.Arbitrate disputes between parties and assist in formulation of solutionsArrange statutory meetingsCompile reports to be assessed from the secretarial angleAdhere to international business trade laws and advise the company on intellectual property rights.Direct and co-ordinate law office activityGather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions and legal articles, codes and documents pertaining to company lawInvestigate facts and the law to determine causes of action and to prepare casesCompile minutes of the meeting and ensure the same is available for circulationKeep and monitor legal volumes to ensure that law library is up-to-datePrepare affidavits or other documents, maintain document file and file pleadings with courtPrepare legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts and real estate documentationMinimum Requirements

Qualified Company Secretary and Graduate in Law
