Job Summary

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Internal Communication : Understand MoEngage s business values & employee value proposition, to contextualize and translate the key initiatives into everyday practice ensuring brand, messaging, and design consistency Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders Plan, edit, write content & handle all variety of internal communications mediums, such as emails, employee intranet, regular email bulletin. This includes (but is not limited to) coordinating, planning, writing and sending email updates, bulletins, internal videos, and other information to employees Use social media to communicate with employees internally Create, build & deliver presentations at Org. level events, such as Town Halls, internal celebrations, quarterly meets etc. Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organisation Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages Managing and contributing to internal company collaboration and communication tools Respond to feedback from employees/managers and adjust communications content accordingly Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation Be an ambassador for the MoEngage culture, driving employee involvement & engagement and fostering the company s values through adequate communication, events and dialogue formats; being a relevant contact person for all employees and leadership Talent Branding : Strategize, lead & execute projects required to boost our brand presence for becoming an employer of choice for key talent across the country and overseas. Contribute with creative ideas for campaigns and, project manage the execution of communications, branding and promotional artefacts through a variety of mediums Sourcing content ideas, writing, and creating & maintaining a strong content pipeline for our careers blogs, social media channels, and careers pages on website, for use in campus, etc. to promote MoEngage as a preferred place to work Sourcing opportunities for MoEngage s participation in awards, speaking opportunities, events, etc. and project manage the execution for the same Conduct, analyse brand audit and carve out action items from the findings SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : Proficiency in writing, messaging, communication and presentation development skills. 10-12 years of experience with knowledge of internal communications and brand building, brand development and brand equity measurement frameworks and practices HR & Marketing education background preferred Must have strong networking skills to engage with various stakeholders Ability to bring ideas that ensure differentiated, creative content (design and messaging) are on target. Must be able to clearly understand briefs and take them forward to execution Needs to be self-driven and have the ability manage deadlines, timetables, multitasking and competing priorities Basic knowledge of working with design tools such as the Adobe Suite, and today's marketing & communications ecosystem - Social Media, Intranets, Content Management Systems, etc. will be preferred.
