Principal Software Engineer Job in Monotype Imaging Inc

Deep hands-on technical expertise in web-technologies (both frontend and backend)

Deep hands-on technical expertise in Ecommerce using SAAS based solutions Shopify (preferable), Oracle Commerce Cloud, Demandware or similar platforms.

8-12 years of experience working on E-Commerce Platformwith 2-3 year in building technical architecture for e-commerce solutions

Experience in building applications in Node JS, Java or similar languages.

Experience in building front end javascript frameworks like React JS, Vue.js or similar platforms.

Experience in designing integration to commerce platforms with Search Solution (Elastic Search, Endeca or similar), Tax Solutions, Payment Solutions, Identity Frameworks (Auth0 or similar) using REST/SOAP integration calls.

Integration to Commerce platforms through Mulesoft is preferable

Experience in defining the KPIs for performance analysis of the ecommerce site and analysing the glitches and improvement areas to enhance performance.

Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Development environments, preferably Jenkins.

A proven track record in providing technical guidance to develop scalable systems.

Experience working in Agile development environment.

Awesome written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a global and distributed environment with agility to mould communication for different audiences.
