Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate closely with new customers to gain a deep understanding of their unique problem statements, business context, and industry dynamics. 2. Provide thought leadership and develop groundbreaking solutions that address customer challenges and drive business success. 3. Create a comprehensive framework for rolling out, managing, measuring, and reporting the effectiveness of the proposed automation solutions. 4. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the technical and domain capabilities of our solutions, demonstrating their value to customers. 5.Guide and advise delivery teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring the successful execution of the proposed solutions. 6.Participate in customer meetings to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and build strong relationships. 7.Continuously explore customer accounts with your team to identify additional problem statements and opportunities for innovation, bringing added value to their businesses. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of overall professional experience in the field of automation. 2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer, actively involved in designing and implementing automation solutions. 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automation Architect or Solutions Architect, demonstrating your ability to 4. develop strategic automation solutions. 4. Proven track record of successfully designing and building automation frameworks for diverse projects. 5. Strong customer interface experience, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions. 6.Demonstrated experience in creating proposals and delivering impactful automation solutions. 7.Ability to quickly explore and pickup new frameworks, stacks and technologies and adapt them to the customer needs.
