Purpose of the role

To continue on this trajectory, we re searching for a talent who can work closely with our executive team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Principal Responsibilities

Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads

Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.

Help CMO navigate through uncertainty and risk

Has organizational and political intelligence and should be able to help put together strategic MBR(Business Review) presentations

Independent projects on category management / transformation to be delivered

Should be able to manage projects & key work streams

Knowledge / Education

Master s Degree in Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years experience in business/consulting/FMCG in planning and leading strategic initiatives

Strong analytical skills, ability to make good presentations

Good project management skills

Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management along with ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

Effective, versatile and action-oriented, excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data analysis & budget management

Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

Proven success in a project coordination role

Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

Experience Required :
