Job Summary Purpose of this Position:
  • To manage and maximize sales revenue with Key Account & Preferred Account (KA & PA) projects in assigned territory.
  • To manage channel partner s KA/PA sales performance.
  • To develop the KA & PA for the short-term and long-term growth business.
Major Area of Responsibility:
  • To understand target vertical market trends.
  • To integrate Moxa resources and deliver the value-added solutions, technical supports and services; to keep a good relationship and partnership.
  • To execute Sales Management Excellence (SME) and develope the account plan in CRM.
  • Have a good understanding of Key Accounts organizational structure, business plan and long term strategies in order to provide them with added product value. Gain market share through this relationship.
  • Participate in industry events and activities (trade shows, professional organizations, end user approval).
  • Be knowledgeable and proactive to feedback on new market, product, competitive information and trends.
  • Be very knowledgeable on assigned products and markets such that the best solutions can be matched to customers needs.

Qualifications

Minimum JobRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least8 years of working experience, including 3 years direct sales in High Tech sales industry, preferably industrial automation industry.
  • Prior work-experence in Power and Process Automation Industry will be a plus.
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in Hindiand English.
  • Business travelling is required.
  • Able to communicate well with senior executives of key account customers.
