Job DescriptionRole: SAP HANA ADMINISTRATOR SAP ERP ConsultantLocation: Pune/BangaloreWho are we looking for?A mid-senior level SAP HANA S4 HANA consultant to manage a critical activities in project. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in managing cutting edge technology applications.Technical Skills: SAP HANA administration experience with S4 HANA.Overall 5-7 years of experience in SAP with HANA admin. 6+ years with 1 implementation experience at least.Excellent track record of delivering SAP upgrades, migrations and other Basis related projects Strong consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services Deep SAP Product and architectural knowledge. Evidence of thought leadership in this domainis preferable.Real world SAP HANA Experience (At least one e2e HANA project which wasnt a proof of concept)Excellent communication SAP Landscape ArchitectureSAP Upgrades and MigrationsSAP System AdministrationSAP HANA front-end toolsHANA Installations and OperationsSecurity featuresStrong SAP Basis Hana implementation, migration experience on servers. HANA scale out configuration Architecture HANA Memory Management Work load class - DDO Reorganization and consistency checkHANA Replication and Failover, HA/DR, configuring multiple replication HANA DB backup/ restore.Process Skills: Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined process.Initiate/ participate in peer reviews.Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate implementation plan with specialized business and technical knowledge.Behavioral Skills:Resolve technical issues of projects.Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfactionTrain and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.Candidate should be willing to work in night shift (USA Business Hours support).Qualification:Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software development.Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
