Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead-multiple project teams focused on design quality.
• Contributeand advance design vision through all project phases.
• Understand-all influencing factors of a project while providing a design solution meeting-the requirements of our clients.
• PresentDesign concepts in Client presentations.
• Perform limited administrative and office management tasks.
Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.

• Perform daily on-site walk-through to ensure contract performance, safety compliance, and quality control with the intent of delivering a quality residential or commercial product.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
• The ability the make decisions.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Implement document control procedures for all construction related documents.
• Maintain change order logs and related project documentation.
• Keep minutes for regular status and project meetings with the project team.
