Job Description

Key Job responsibilities of hired candidates:

• Providing support to customers for our software products over voice calls as well as over remote desktop sharing software such as teamviewer.
• Engage in outbound calls to facilitate the sale of our products and services.
• Work closely with Management, Customers, QA, Design, Product Management, and Customer Support to maintain and enhance existing product as well as to develop new products.
