Saas Manager Job in Mri Software Llc

MRI Software is seeking a Manager, SaaS Services in our expanding office in Bangalore, India! This role will help build and manage a team of SaaS System Administrators. This role will be responsible for managing the in region group and frequently communicating and reporting information to the global SaaS Services teams.

• Manages the SaaS Application Administrators/Engineers, who are responsible for responding to and resolving SaaS related activities.
• Owns the strategy, goals and plans for their team s success, aligns their team with their business s goals and understands the connections across organizational boundaries.
• Measures team performance against established benchmarks, ensuring all interactions are handled in an efficient and quality focused manner, and provides coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Balances the needs of MRI s stakeholders and consistently takes a cross-functional perspective.
• Coordinates with global SaaS leadership to solve for conflicting priorities.
• Facilitates handoffs and work streams across multiple time zones.
• Identifies development needs in team members, prepares effective development plans, and actively promotes knowledge acquisition.
• Develops high performance teams by diagnosing, understanding and facilitating team dynamics.
