POSITION PURPOSE The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in executing MRI Software India s growth strategy. As Talent Acquisition Manager you will drive the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies that align with MRI business goals, delivering a diverse, skilled, and motivated talent pool. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition Strategy development and execution: Develop and lead the MRI India talent acquisition strategy that encompasses both short-term hiring needs and long-term talent pipeline development. Define and implement innovative inclusive sourcing strategies, campus hiring, referral policies changes, recruitment processes, and tools to attract diverse top-tier talent. Regular Linkedin posts to boost job applications and create traction in the market Foster a candidate-centric approach that delivers an exceptional recruitment experience, enhancing the MRI employer brand. Partner with marketing and other cross-functional teams to outline branding strategies for both digital and traditional talent acquisition campaigns. Formulate and establish collaborations with academic institutions to facilitate recruitment from campuses. Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with regional senior leadership to understand business objectives. Contribute to the creation of strategic workforce plans that anticipate talent gaps, skill shortages, and emerging market trends. Provide insights on regional talent market dynamics, competitor practices, and industry benchmarks on salary and increment standards. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the India Talent Acquisition team, provide guidance and expertise to uplift talent acquisition capability. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the talent acquisition team. Drive accountability and measure team performance through defined metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Willing to act as an individual contributor to meet the targets. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Develop strong stakeholder relationships with the Country Head, business leaders, hiring managers, and the broader talent team to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals. Forge a strong partnership with the HR Team to deliver a positive talent acquisition experience for prospective pride members. Act as Subject Matter expect to Senior Leadership, offering insights on talent trends, market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment. Communicate regularly on talent acquisition progress, challenges, and solutions to executive leadership. Present the leadership with TA metrics and dashboards periodically. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and unbiased candidate experience. Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse range of candidates, fostering an inclusive workforce. EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS 10-15 years experience in the Talent Acquisition space with local market experience and with team management experience of at least 3-5 years. 4+ years of experience in TA team management Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies. Proven background leading Talent Acquisition teams. Proficient in use of social media Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent mapping, and market intelligence. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels with data and compassion. Experience working with recruitment technologies; Workday experience preferred. Deep knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment; Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) preferred. Bachelor's/Master s degree in HR or related field preferred.
