Job Summary

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES As a HRIS Analyst, you will be at the forefront of maintaining data integrity, supporting end-users, and providing data-driven insights to enhance HR processes. Key responsibilities include: Data Integrity: Conduct regular and systematic data audits within the Workday system to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of stored information. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors in HR data and take prompt corrective actions. Uphold data security and privacy standards by implementing MRI s access policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Reporting and Insights: Generate a variety of reports on HR metrics, trends, and performance indicators using Workday and other systems within the People Technology Stack. Analyze HR data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns that can inform strategic decisions and HR initiatives. Technical Support and User Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking assistance with People Tech-related inquiries and technical issues responding in a jargon-free way. Provide clear and concise guidance, troubleshoot problems, and resolve user-reported problems in a timely manner. Develop training materials and resources to educate users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Conduct training sessions to empower users to effectively utilize the various People Tech tools for their respective tasks. System Updates, Testing and Documentation: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to assess, configure, test, and implement system updates, patches, and new features. Ensure that system changes align with organizational requirements and contribute to improved functionality. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and issue resolution procedures for each system within the People Technology Stack. Create user guides and reference materials to facilitate the effective use of systems. Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with global talent teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Propose and implement streamlined data entry procedures, ensuring data accuracy while minimizing administrative burden. System Performance: Monitor the performance and stability of MRI s People Technology Stack (including Workday), promptly identifying and diagnosing system errors or disruptions. Take proactive measures to resolve issues and ensure smooth and uninterrupted system operation. EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms, database management, and data analysis tools; Workday experience preferred. Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data, generate meaningful reports, and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders and provide technical support effectively. Adept at troubleshooting technical issues and identifying solutions. Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with HR and IT teams. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and conduct thorough data audits. Capacity to adapt to evolving technologies, industry best practices, and organizational needs. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
