Job Brief
We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Senior Software Engineer with strong problem-solving, design, and development expertise. The ideal candidate should have experience building highly interactive and well-designed web user interfaces and be well-versed in Java, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
Candidates should also have product development exposure, experience across multiple SDLCs, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
Development & Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (Java).
- Hands-on experience with web-based technologies (JavaScript, Java frameworks, server-side programming).
- Develop new product/service-oriented strategies and communicate them effectively to the technical team.
- Write optimized, reusable, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Git workflows and version control.
- Familiarity with design patterns and coding standards.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Take full ownership of assigned modules and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning.
- Provide technical leadership by leading by example in web, mobile, and database technologies.
- Contribute to and enhance the team s Agile development practices and DevOps integration.
Problem Solving & Optimization:
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithmic techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and design innovative solutions.
- Drive technical discussions and promote best practices across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 6-8 years of experience in software development.
- Expertise in Java (OOP) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with design patterns, writing testable code, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills.
- Ability to drive tasks individually and lead a team.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to DevOps integration and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in server-side programming and database management.
