Roles and Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Accountants ensure all financial records and statements are in line with laws, regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate Purchase and Sales Invoice with GST in Tally ERP-9.
  • Monthly compliances like monthly GST Compliances, Employees Provident Fund and ESI
  • Prepare Bank Statement and Bank reconciliation
  • GST Filling - GSTR & GSTR3B
  • Prepared income tax calculation and filed income tax returns
  • Statutory audit, Tax audit, internal audit, & VAT audit.
  • Compliances and TDS Filings.
  • Prepare Cash Flow Statement
  • Preparation of cheques, NEFT/RTGS For all payments
  • Preparing bills receivables, invoices and bank deposits
  • Generating invoice and accounts statements
  • Finalization & preparation of financial reports, Balance Sheet, Profit & loss statements and other MIS required reports independently.
  • Performing day to day financial transactions

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Multi-tasking capability
  • Ability to process information in a profoundly analytical manner

3 to 8 Years
