Role Overview:

Maintains accurate financial records and effective financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepares, reviews and analyses financial and operational statements. Analyses specific accounts. Collaborates with financial statement users to educate, identify, and advance process improvement and cost saving initiatives.

Specific Responsibilities:

Actively participate in the monthly financial closure process, including ensuring all transactions and obligations are correctly recorded.

Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit & tax.

Designs & coordinates a wide variety of accounting & statistical data & reports.

Design and develop financial and operational models and reports.

Monitoring & review of financial policies, procedures & practices in line with the accounting standards, legal requirement & industry best practices.

Assist management in analyzing and understanding operating results including actual costs and variances from historical trends, plan, and forecast as a means of driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Ensuring all statutory compliances, audits, direct & indirect tax, etc.

Ensure timely completion & meeting, filing & reporting deadlines.

Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field s concepts, practices & procedures.

Ensuring prudent management of the cash flow & associated financial risk exposures.

Reporting to Audit results as per SEBI requirements.

GST & TDS Compliance.

Ensuring maximum efficiency of all systems, processes and controls in line with the changing evolving business demands on an on-going basis.

Informing & advising senior management on the organizations financial condition.

Working with senior management in setting annual financial goals & targets for organization.

Relies on extensive experience & judgement to plan & accomplish goals.

A wide degree of creativity & latitude is expected.

Any other assignment as given by higher authorities from time to time.

Develop & maintain a Business Continuity Plan.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified CA.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Post Qualification experience in large employ including manufacturing.
  • Problem solving ability. Independent working & Multi-tasking
