Desired Candidate Profile

• Currently looking for a Credit executive/ Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our corporate partners and also to manage case level transactions by coordinating with various stakeholders from across internal departments.
• Ideal candidate should have minimum 2-3 years experience in Credit & Risk department of Banks, NBFCs, Credit rating agencies.
• CA / MBA preferred, though not mandatory

Work Experience :

• 1-5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for credit underwriting & credit policy formulation.
• End to end completion of a transaction from login to sanction, including interaction with borrowers to understand credit requirement.
• Finalization of sanction terms and negotiation with clients.
• Getting approvals internally and documentation as per credit policy.
• Complete transactions within the required TAT.
• Designing new experiments and programs to test new segments and monitor its performance.
• Responsible for minimizing Fraud risks by constantly evaluating process gaps and Improvising risk policy.
• Team Management & Training new team members.
• Highly customer obsessed thinking.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
• Interaction with lenders for processing of loans and update the status.
