Job Summary

Create and implement Product / Process end to end roadmap to cover all business functionalities
Develop and track the product / process backlog items and agree the prioritization with the business that is in-line with the roadmap
Ensure high quality of Stories, BRS and FRS documents are being written by the BAs and obtain proper sign-offs from the business partners
Ensure proper review of the requirements done during sprint planning to the developers and testers
Validate the test results are aligned to the requirements before UAT and support the UAT users during testing
Build solid domain expertise and business acumen team to cover end to end process
Build self-organizing efficient team that takes high ownership of work
Bring new business ideas to help streamline the process
Clarity in work allocation and milestone definition
Accurate and Timely reporting to stakeholders
Build and Train Internal talent, SMEs

Qualification :
MS or BS/B. Tech in computer science from the renowned university or equivalent experience.

Experience Required :

Minimum 15 Years
