We are engaged in financial services business. It provides both wholesale and retail funding opportunities within real estate and non-real estate sectors. Within real estate, the platform is capable of providing financing solutions across the entire capital stack ranging from early stage private equity, structured debt, senior secured debt, construction finance, flexi lease rental discounting and housing finance.

Roles and Responsibility

• Create delightful user experiences by building interfaces that are incredibly simple, elegant, and fun.
• Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Help decide what to build and why not just make pretty pixels.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
• Work with product management to define a successful, repeatable design and discovery playbook.
• Work closely with engineering on executional design work, providing on-the-fly input and direction.
• Help us build out scalable design practices, including the development of component libraries and design patterns.
• You ensure that you have accounted for variations across a wide variety of devices and platforms, handled error conditions and edge cases, and defined usable, elegant micro-interactions.
• Adhering to the brand guidelines while designing the experiences for a consistent brand reflection.

You should apply if you have:

• 1-5 years of industry experience in design with a proven track record of solving UX problems.
• Sound understanding of UX methodology and lifecycle across significant channels and platforms.
• Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights.
• Expertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, application of design systems, and UI design.
• Experience working with early stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity and driving projects forward
• Strong collaboration skills with other UX Designers, Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to listen, be proactive at addressing feedback, represent and advocate for UX and users.
• Understanding of patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Hands-on experience working with design tools including Adobe suite, Sketch & Prototyping tools.
• Some basic understanding and experience with Illustrations and Motion Design.
