Software QA Engineer (Job code:QAM-CS1)

Position: Software QA Engineer

Qualification:

• BCA / MCA / M.Sc IT / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M. Tech (Preferably in Computer Science) from a reputed college

Experience:: 1-3 Year

Musikaar is seeking an engineer to join its highly skilled engineering team. The job involves creating functional test cases, executing test cases, setting up various configurations required Windows and Linux desktop applications.

Primary skill set:

• Experience with Windows and Linux desktop applications Installation/Configuration/Testing
• Experience with virtual machines in VMware environment
• Experience with Performance testing and load testing
• Test Plan creation based on client Requirement
• Test Case Creation \ Execution
• Must having knowledge of Windows 7, Macintosh OS X
• Test Plan creation based on client Requirement
• Test Case Creation \ Execution
• Significant knowledge of Operating Systems, Networking and Debugging Tools
• Defect Reporting \ Verification
• Knowledge of Anti-Malware products

Nice to have skills:

• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Experience with VMware ESXi
• Experience Web Servers
• Wireshark : Create\Record a custom Capture file based on IP, Port or FQDN
• Windows PowerShell Scripting
• Bash Scripting
• Experience in troubleshooting using XCode, WinDbg
• Experience in performance capturing on Windows/Linux/OSX platform
• Advanced Excel (For Analysis of data)
• E-Mail Reporting
• Verbal and written Communication
