Job Summary
- Candidate must be at least graduate with relevant experience in Business sourcing/ Sales of financial Products and must have served in Managerial Cadre/ Management level in Bank/ Reputed Financial Institutions.
- Increase Gold Loan business, Various third party product i,e Mutual Fund Gold Coins sale, Insurance-Life,Medical& Vehicle.
- Supporting the team for Recovery for Achieving interest collection target,Promotional Activities etc.
- In addition, all our employees will be eligible for Quarterly variable incentives and performance linked Annual Bonus (Variable) as per norms depending on Branch/individual business performance.
