Product Manager - Sales Job in Muthoot Group

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sourcing of gold loan business through alternative channels such as aggregators /DSAs and identify new channels.
• Tying up with insurance or related companies and bundling the cross sales product with gold loan.
• Empanelment of new DSAs and Aggregators in the market also create leads from the already active DSAs / Aggregators.
• Vendor Management
• Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
• Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle
• Must have minimum 8 years of Sales experience

• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Should have working knowledge in MS Office and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player
• Minimum Qualification - Graduate
