Job Summary
  • Responsible for Gold Loan and handling 50 plus branches.
  • Responsible for achievement of all business targets including targets, resources mobilization targets etc.
  • Responsible for achieving cross selling products TGT Vs ACT of the region and maintaining relation with cross selling peers to ensure smooth implementation process.
  • Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM which focused attention in NPA management.
  • Implementing new security system to prevent incident like fraud/ burglary/robbery/dacoit and train the team to handle situations under extreme pressure.
  • In an event of any incidents, follow up with local governing bodies (Police, Court etc) up till satisfactory resolution provided and accepted by the management.
  • Selecting competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per norms.
  • Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region.
  • Responsible for overall administration of regions and do periodic visit to all branches of the region.
  • Ensure cost effective fund management among branched within the region.
  • Ensure the Gold Loan SOP to be followed and inculcated in branch operations
  • Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions with regard to conduct of business and administration by branches.
  • Reviewing audit reports for the region and take necessary actions.
  • Periodic events to be programmed for the business promotion to create brand equity for Muthoot Group.
  • Conducting periodic training program for development of the staffs to take additional responsibilities.
