Position Quality Control Officer B

Experience 4 to 6 Years

About Role

• To perform molecular biology experiments, include PCR, real time PCR and NGS techniques, data analysis/interpretation, hands on pipetting and wet lab work
• To Maintain lab records and quality management system.
• To assess experimental quality and maintain documentation as per GLP on daily basis.
• To create technical documents (molecular biology/ Serology) required for National and international submissions.
• To create written and oral reports to convey findings, recommendations, and safety information.
• To Maintain chain of custody and proper storage for samples, performing general lab duties to meet standards.
• To generate test specification for quality control of molecular diagnostic products.
• To perform analytical investigations and analytical problem solving, in support of quality control activities.
• To Update, revise, and maintain the Laboratory s Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and other quality documents.
• Perform internal audits of the Laboratory, including both technical and quality systems audits.
• Perform and document corrective action, including follow up monitoring to gauge the effectiveness of the corrective action

Requirements/Desired Skills

• Minimum 4-6 years experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge of quality control/ Quality Assurance are required.
• Knowledge of IVD products/ procedures is desirable.
• Knowledge of molecular biology and/ or Serology is must.

• MSc Biotechnology, MSc Life Science, MSc Virology
