Position Scientific Officer C

Experience 6 to 8 Years

About Role

• Responsible for molecular research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols and overseeing the new diagnostic product development.
• Responsible for test validation and generation of reports.
• To work independently in term of experiment design, execution and analysis
• To support day to day product development activities and R&D team.
• To trouble shoot instrumentation and applications relating to real time PCR
• To perform analytical investigations and analytical problem solving, in support of diagnostic test development activities
• Responsible for assessment of experimental quality and perform documentation as per good laboratory practices.

Requirements/Desired Skills

• 6-8 years in relevant field. Knowledge of molecular product development, test
  standardization and validation are required.
• Research experience in molecular test development along with the knowledge of RT PCR, sequencing and/ or NGS is required.

Education

• MSc Biotechnology, MSc Virology, MSc molecular biology etc or PhD
