• Inter-departmental co-ordination (if any)
• Acknowledgement of received bills
• Accounting adjustments related to collections
• Ownership for Collections
• Weekly and Monthly reports
• Client s query resolution

Competencies Required:-

• Functional/Domain knowledge of Collections
• Knowledge of accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Enthusiastic with good communication
• Should have good coordination abilities
