Performance Marketing Specialist Job in Mynd Integrated Solutions

• Define and deliver an organic search strategy across all device types, including SEO and ASO; detailed plans, roadmaps and budgets in line with KPIs, forecasts and business objective
  
• Proven experience in performance and digital advertising, including Social Media Marketing
  
• Knowledge of performance marketing channels and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, affiliate networks).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
  
• Support UK Affiliates and Partners to deliver against targets
  
• Working experience and understanding of CRM tools like hubsport, Zoho, salesforce etc.
