Job Summary


Role: The person will be responsible for digital marketing activities to increase online visibility, and generate leads for UK and Indian entity.


Website and Customer Journey:


  • Own the Brand experience and customer journey in the brand website
  • Coordinating with the creative team and agency to update the website as per the social media calendar
  • Ensuring the overall merchandising, cataloging and price and promotions are regularly updated in the website
  • Regular hygiene check re website: Speed, On-Page Optimization, Image Optimization etc.

  • Managing Social Media Calendar and Digital Handles


    • Strategize and Execute Online Display, Social Media Campaigns to drive Traffic, Online reputation management.
    • Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content fast thinking
    • Develop social media calendar in conjunction with business & marketing team
    • Keep an eye on social media trends
    • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
    • Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social handles and platforms manually and using the related tools wherever possible
    • Key handles to manage: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin and Twitter Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity, Promptly respond to negative comments, feedbacks, redressing complaints within client s specified turn-around time thus making the user journey with the brand worthwhile
    • Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on brand social media pages

    Effectively identifying and utilizing social listening tools for response management

    Sharing the brand comments on a real-time basis with the respective brand associates/managers

    Categorize data, prepare and share reports depicting an overview of the brands performance, feedback reports consisting of the existing/current pinpoints of the brand along with suggestions to address and eliminate those pinpoints successfully

    Assist the brand to effectively position itself, eliminate weak-links, leverage strength-points and tap the target audience by collecting, collating and sharing insights through analysis of incoming audience s comments, conversations, complaints and feedbacks about the brand


    SMM Remarketing & Customer Response


    • Define the remarketing strategy for the brand and ensure adherence
    • Some channels include: Emailer, Whatsapp remarketing, cookie-based remarketing etc.
    • Engage with customers and followers
