Job Summary
Qualification :
- Handling existing customers & providing post-sales support.
- Taking care of customer onboarding & service activation.
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
- Providing product training & usage monitoring.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.
- Resolving customer's queries & complaint within TAT
- Scaling existing business by suggesting other plans
Qualification :
- MBA/PGDM or 1 year of experience in client servicing/key account/customer support
- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have time management and planning skills.
- Should have proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
