Job Summary
  • Handling existing customers & providing post-sales support.
  • Taking care of customer onboarding & service activation.
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
  • Providing product training & usage monitoring.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.
  • Resolving customer's queries & complaint within TAT
  • Scaling existing business by suggesting other plans

Qualification :
  • MBA/PGDM or 1 year of experience in client servicing/key account/customer support
  • Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should have time management and planning skills.
  • Should have proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
