Hold Regular one on one with all member of your team.
Plan and execute long term strategies that benefit the team and the production stage.
Conduct code reviews, and make a technical contribution to product architecture.
Get involved in soving bugs and delivering small features.
Foster Technical decision making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary.
Understand engineering metrics and seek to improve them.
Understanding the requirement from the product team, plan and execute.

Expert in designing software and system architecture.

Must have knowledge of python (PHP knowledge is a plus) and related tools.

Must understand MySQL queries and optimization.

Must be able to build high performance and a happy team.

Must have worked with similar technologies: Redis, Docker, AWS.

Must know about microservice architecture, and CI/CD Pipelines.

Must be great at planning, researching and communicating.

Must have a good understanding of application metrics.

Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
